I’m Kate Jacobs, wife, mom, and founder of Fireproof Property Solutions LLC. I started this land acquisitions company with a simple mission: to help landowners sell with ease, transparency, and peace of mind.

My journey here is deeply personal. In 2019, my husband Trey and I experienced the heartbreaking loss of our first-born daughter, Mary Owen, to a heart condition when she was just 7 months old. That season of grief reshaped everything. It grounded me in my faith and gave me a renewed sense of purpose. Since then, the Lord has graciously blessed us with two more children, Matthew and Eli, and a calling to live more intentionally.

Following that call, I’ve shifted my focus to what truly matters most: my faith in Jesus Christ, my family, and serving others. That’s how Fireproof Property Solutions was born. The name comes from Daniel 3:18: “Even if not, He is still good.” It’s a daily reminder that God’s goodness isn’t dependent on our circumstances.

Through this business, I work closely with builders and developers in Mississippi and Florida to acquire land that is transformed into homes for families. I love what I do, not just because of the land, but because of the people. This work allows me to build genuine relationships, share the gospel, and operate with honesty and intention.

When you work with me, you’ll never be asked to pay a dime. I cover all costs and close with my trusted attorney. My goal is to make the process simple, respectful, and beneficial for everyone involved.
